Victours International was established in 1977 by Mrs. Mary Vecchiarino the company's President & Founder.  Over the past 30 years Victours has been built into an internationally recognized Tour Operator and Air Consolidator with its head office in Toronto, Canada.

Since the company's inception, Victours has been dedicated to serving the travel industry by offering the best prices, exceptional customer service and a wide of products in Italy, Portugal, France, Spain, South Africa and Turkey including:

MARY VECCHIARINO, PRESIDENT & FOUNDER
Mrs. Vecchiarino, now retired from day to day business, has been in the travel business both in Canada and Europe since 1959. Mrs. Vecchiarino was instrumental in building strategic partnerships worldwide and managing the Victours International portfolio of companies.

 

AMELIA BORGHESE, VICTOURS MANAGER
Ms. Borghese has been with Victours International for over twenty years. Her product knowledge makes her an invaluable member of the team. Ms. Borghese is primarily responsible for developing tours and building relationships with new and existing clients. Her day-to-day activities include generating and responding to new leads and inquiries from North America and Europe as well as Business Development through effective account management by building strong and professional relationships with our retail travel accounts.

MARYLIN ABEL, F.I.T CO-ORDINATOR
Marylin Abel has been with Victours International for six years. Ms. Abel specializes in South African independent tours and ensures that Victours offers the finest in exotic and luxurious land tours to clients. Her knowledge of South Africa and expertise in the travel business allows her to meet the demands and desires of any tourist and clients.

JULIE L. BRITO, F.I.T CO-ORDINATOR
Julie Lopes Brito is responsible for the design, pricing and packaging of international travel itineraries that will satisfy the ever-changing needs of the world traveler. Armed with a genuine passion for international travel and a vast knowledge of many destinations she has added her energy to the Victours team.

LORRI TIBERIO-LEUNG, MARKETING
A passion for travel coupled with her many years of experience in Marketing, Advertising & Promotion has landed Lorri Tiberio-Leung at Victours International. She is responsible for advertising, public relations, website management, identifying market trends, and developing strategic marketing campaigns.

CECILIA ROSSOS, GENERAL MANAGER & OWNER
Ms. Rossos has been in the travel business since graduating from the University of Toronto in 1970. She is responsible for the daily operations of the office and all contract negotiations. Ms. Rossos provides strategic direction and ensures solid execution of all operations and global partner relations. She also oversees the corporate strategy development process and customer relationship management initiatives.

EVA STRANGIA, AIR AND TICKETING SUPERVISOR
Ms. Strangia joined Victours International seven years ago. Her responsibilities include managing the ticketing team and general administration within the air reservation/ticketing department. Ms. Strangia ensures effective implementation of processes in the ticketing department at Victours International. She is also responsible for coordinating the activity of the ticketing team. Moreover she ensures that the customer service provided is of the highest level.

ALLA EMELIANOVA, RESERVATION AGENT
Alla Emelianova has worked at Victours International as a Reservation Agent for ten years. Ms. Emelianova is responsible for flight reservations and airline ticket sales for Victours. Her strategic analysis of fare building, re-issues and general and ticketing procedures as well as her ability to work well under pressure makes her a valuable member of the team.

ANDREA MENEZES, TICKETING AGENT
As a Ticketing-Agent, Andrea Menezes is in charge of meeting ticketing deadlines. Her expertise and knowledge of the air ticketing system and her ability to handle any issues in a professional and timely manner provides a strong component to the Victours team.
